Alex wanted to show you his new police car with Blaulichte und Sirene (courtesy of the grandparents). Be sure to tell him that you could totally tell from the picture that the lights were blinking.

Thinks like these make him soooo happy - as long as there is a Blaulicht! And yes - I could TOTALLY tell that the lights were blinking.
